Deposit and Security Bond

A deposit is required at time of booking to secure charter date.

A security bond is required to cover any damage, loss, breakage etc. This is in the form of a credit card authorisation, which is destroyed when vessel is inspected at end of charter & no damage or loss has been sustained.

Balance	7 Days Prior to charter

Method of Payment

Bank transfer (EFT), (Master/Visa) Card*, cheque or cash.
*Bank charges of 1.9% apply

Cancellation

Full refund of all monies paid if boat booked by another party for the same day.

Postponement

Postponement by hirer may be made by mutual agreement with Tranquilliy Yacht Tours.

Postponement by Tranquillity Yacht Tours due to mechanical failure or inclement weather will not incur loss of booking fee. Every attempt will be made to re-book a suitable date, however our liability is limited to monies paid, in the event of postponement by Tranquillity Yacht Tours, for whatever reason. We recommend you take out your own insurance to cover any contingencies.

Wharf Booking Fee

A fee of $28.00 applies to bookings embarking/disembarking at Darling Harbour.

Clothing

Passengers should always be prepared for hot or cool conditions. Safe comfortable non-marking, non-slip shoes are highly recommended.
To preserve the deck area of our boat black sole footwear is prohibited and for your own safety, high heels are not allowed.


Smoking is not permitted on vessel.

Additional Terms and Conditions

We recommend you bring hats, sunscreen, camera, a swimming costume and a towel if you intend swimming.
We have fresh water shower facilities on-board.
*Swim at your own risk. We make no representation as to the safety of swimming as all waters are exposed to the ocean & there may be marine creatures, including sharks, present. Our insurance does not cover you once you leave the boat.
